GIF ↔ Sprite Sheet
Two conversions, one page. GIFs store only the pixels that change between frames — we rebuild every full frame first, so nothing smears. Free · runs 100% locally in your browser

Why rebuild frames?
A GIF frame often contains only a small changed rectangle, plus a disposal instruction for what to do with it afterwards. Drawing those patches naively produces ghosting and holes. This tool composites every frame in order — honouring disposal modes 2 (restore to background) and 3 (restore to previous) — so the sheet you export matches what a viewer would actually play.
Going the other way, the sheet is sliced on a uniform grid and re-encoded at your chosen frame rate. Transparency is preserved as GIF transparency.
